 Just wanted to get some use out of my owl sweater vest (...finally) its best sans cardigan but what can you do its cold in December...

 We went to the mall on Saturday and this is what I wore (not a good picture but I forgot a proper photo that day since we got stranded at Lehigh)

Since I've been mostly kicking it in sweats and other relax clothes lately I decided to make up for that I'd post MY CHRISTMAS NAILS!!!

Happiness is...

So I've been waiting and waiting to wear this dress, as you may or may not know it is my favorite dress of all, and this morning I decided it just felt right to wear it.  And I have to say it was toads worth it.  For one thing this is one of my favorite outfits that I think I've ever worn, I feel so good when I wear this plaid shirt with the sleeves rolled up and combing it with my favorite dress just made me feel so good today being in them. 

Also it paid off because I'm having a love affair of sorts with a guy...and by of sorts I mean I don't now him and admire from a far.  But the first two times I met him I insanely embarrassed myself and since he's become  a myth of sorts.  He's like a unicorn I know he exists but I just don't know where...But anyway BAM he was in the dining hall today and I was wearing this and feeling so good, it was a very successful day.

And here is a picture of my hair because it's been difficult to make it work since I cut it kinda badly and it's very choppy and uncooperative but today (because apparently the universe was really pulling for me today) it looked really good and I was also super proud of it too...


sorry I hope I'm not being a dick about all this I just had a really good day and felt really good about what I was and it's just like that's what clothes are for to have days where you just feel so yourself and content and I couldn't help but gush about it.

I made the necklace this morning.  Now please also note that this top half was not a layering combination that I had done before, I wore a cami under my tunic top which I like because it peeked out just a little and made me feel like a ballerina (not sure why) and the tight flannel over the loose shirt looked a lot better than I anticipated! I felt like a baller.
Also, yay hats!!
